Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Vyaparvani, a service of Bhavi Ventures Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, the business (“you”) agrees to them.

The service

Vyaparvani receives your customers' WhatsApp messages, voice notes and phone calls, writes them up as orders against your catalogue, asks customers to confirm, and sends confirmed orders to your billing software. It is an assistant: it can mishear, misread or misunderstand, and it shows uncertain orders for a person to review.

Accounts

• Accounts are created after we approve your request.
• You are responsible for your logins and for what your staff do with them. Give each person their own login.
• Information you give us about your business must be accurate.

Your responsibilities

• Check orders before billing; do not bill an order the customer has not confirmed.
• Keep your catalogue, prices and policies current; answers are given from what you provide.
• Have a lawful basis to contact your customers, tell callers that calls are answered by an automated assistant and recorded, and follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies (no unsolicited promotions).
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to process data you are not allowed to.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe, plus GST.
• Payments are collected through PhonePe. A plan starts when your account is approved and set up.
• Phone numbers, call channels and usage limits are as stated for your plan; additional usage may be charged as agreed.
• Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

Third-party services

The service depends on WhatsApp (Meta), telephone providers, speech and hosting providers, PhonePe and your billing software. Their availability, rules and prices are outside our control; if one changes, parts of the service may change too.

Your data

Your business data and your customers' data remain yours. We process it as described in the privacy policy. You can export your orders and ask us to delete your data when you leave.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bhavi Ventures Private Limited's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost orders or profits from a misheard or unconfirmed order.

Ending the service

You may cancel at the end of any billing month. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@vyaparvani.in.
